- allowing you to seek repairs, replacements, or refunds when goods are faulty; and
- setting minimum guarantees for all products and services.

How Do I Return a Product?
If you wish to make a claim under your statutory consumer guarantees, the best way to contact us is via our Contact Us page. It is best to do it in writing, so we have all the relevant information. Once we have reviewed your message, someone will be in contact either via email or telephone to discuss your return.
Be sure to include your Name, Phone Number, Order Number, Tax Invoice and any other information that is relevant to your question. Please note that we are unable to assess any claim or request for a return without these necessary details.
We may ask you to take a photo of the faulty or damaged item, if we feel it will help us diagnose a problem or find out what happened.
We will then be able to advise you of your nearest Autolign or Brake & Transmission (‘BNT’) store to further assess the item. If you are unable to attend your nearest Autolign or BNT store, we will discuss other options with you.
What happens when I return my goods?
The goods will be initially assessed by the staff at the store. In some cases, the goods may need to be sent off to the supplier or manufacturer for assistance.
Some suppliers and manufacturers require us to send the products to them prior to a refund or credit being issued. Your local Autolign and BNT store will advise you if the product needs to be sent off. They can also provide you with an approximate timeframe, but this may vary from product to product.
If the supplier determines that the goods are not faulty, there may be additional charges applied for freight which must be paid prior to the collection of the products. Please note that if we do not receive the return of your faulty, damaged or not as described item, we may not be able to refund you. Even though it is unusable, we still need it back.
Misplaced your receipt?
Our Customer Service Team can assist if you are able to advise of the item(s) purchased and date of purchase). Please use the Contact Us page.
C. Manufacturer Warranties
The Lift Junkie Returns Policy is intended to provide assistance (and where applicable, remedies) to consumers in making a claim under their statutory consumer guarantees. However, this policy is in addition to, and does not limit your rights to seek assistance and any applicable remedy from the manufacturer of the Product under a statutory consumer guarantee.
In addition to the statutory consumer guarantees, the Products may come with a manufacturer warranty that the applicable Product (or part of the Product) is free from defects for a set warranty period (“Manufacturer Warranties”). These Manufacturer Warranties are not set by us, but are separately honoured by the Manufacturer in accordance with the terms of the Manufacturer Warranties.
